Account Deletion - Smart Campus App

For Smart Campus App users

Account deletion is permanent. It removes your private Smart Campus App login. It does not delete a school's official student, attendance, fee, enrollment, homework, or request records.

1. Delete your account in the app

Open Profile

Open the Smart Campus App and sign in to your account.

Choose Delete account

Open Profile and select Delete SmartCampus account.

Confirm deletion

Enter your SmartCampus password, confirm the warning, and submit.

2. Delete your account online

If you no longer have the app installed, you can submit the deletion request from our secure account-deletion page. You will need your SmartCampus email or mobile number, SmartCampus password, and explicit confirmation.

After your credentials are verified, the private app account is deleted immediately. Do not send your password by email. The deletion page signs you out of all Smart Campus App sessions.

3. Data deleted from the app account

Your private Smart Campus App login and authentication record
Your private connections to registered schools
Private app sessions and school-access sessions created through the app
Push-notification device registrations and delivery metadata associated with the private account

Deletion is permanent. If you use Smart Campus again, you must create a new private account and verify each school again.

4. School-managed data and retention

Deleting the private app account does not delete or cancel records managed by a school. School-issued parent accounts, student enrollment, attendance, homework, academic, fee, payment, communication, request, and audit records remain under the applicable school and legal retention requirements.

Those records are not used to keep your Smart Campus App login active. Requests about school-managed records should normally be directed to the relevant school. See our Privacy Policy for information about retention, security, and rights.

Files downloaded or exported to your phone or another application are not removed remotely. Remove those copies from the device or application where they are stored.

5. Need help?

If you cannot verify your account or need help with a deletion request, contact hello@smartcampusapp.in. Do not include your password. We may request information needed to verify account ownership.
